Sóley Kristjáns — Stand-up Comedian, Speaker & Leadership Coach

Sóley Kristjáns is a stand-up comedian, speaker and leadership coach who brings together humour, insight and a deeply human perspective.

She launched her stand-up career in 2024, on her 46th birthday, by premiering her first solo show, Miðaldra uppistand: Að finna taktinn ("Middle-Aged Stand-up: Finding the Rhythm"). Since then, she has performed across Iceland, opened for American comedian Fortune Feimster and developed a distinctive comedic voice built on sharp observations, self-deprecating humour and the wonderfully awkward reality of being human.

Behind the laughter are more than twenty years of experience working with people, leaders and organisations. That background shapes both her comedy and her speaking, where humour is not only a way to entertain but also a way to build connection, spark new perspectives and make complex ideas accessible.

Whether on stage, in a keynote or leading a workshop, Sóley's goal is always the same: to leave people feeling a little lighter, with a fresh perspective and a good laugh to take home.
